It is possible and much more, completely in private on this beautiful estate.

Carefree organisation and wedding day

Not sure where to start first with the organisation of your wedding? Or do you just need a sounding board for questions? Hoeve de Blauwpoorte has in-house event planners ready to provide support, organisation and inspiration tailored to your needs. They will gladly support you in choosing the right partners and the decoration of the location. They provide tips and help you make the best choices for your budget. This way, you will live carefree towards your big day.

After a script meeting with their event planner and bringing in your personal material, the team will have everything needed to give you a dream party. Together with their in-house set-up team, they will get to work preparing your party to perfection and following up on everything. All you have to do is ... enjoy.

Party rooms 

Only one party per day takes place on the property, that way they guarantee complete privacy for you and your guests. The venue consists of a number of nice spots both outside and inside, completely fill in as you wish.

Large barn

The listed barn has an equipped bar with refrigeration. The hall can be fully arranged as you wish. A beamer with projection screen is available. There is also a 40m2 mezzanine with sanitary facilities, a cloakroom and a lounge area.

Stable wing

Adjacent to the barn, you will find the cosy stable wing with its beautiful fireplace. This space is ideal as an extension for larger parties or as a reception or ceremony room.

Inner courtyard (optionally with stretch tent)

The cosy courtyard of the Square Farm is a wonderful setting for your outdoor reception. The open space also makes this the ideal setting for live music, children's entertainment, a fun outdoor bar... Let your creativity run wild.

Wagon house

The covered carriage house overlooking the courtyard can be used for your ceremony in an intimate setting or for a cosy lunch with the suite. This shady spot is a delight on a hot summer's day.

Orchard (with optional stretching tent)

The orchard, located behind the square farm, is surrounded by water and equipped with the necessary utilities. So this is the ideal place for your ceremony or romantic photo shoot. You can also opt for a silhouette tent.

Servants' quarters

Tucked away in a corner you find the servants' quarters, this space is private for the couple and can be locked. Ideal as storage place for personal equipment and gifts.

Silhouette tent

Their beautiful silhouette tent has floorboards, beautiful white curtains and cosy garlands. The tent can be hired as an additional location. Ideal for your dinner party or as a covered reception area. This venue also has all the amenities: electricity, lighting and a professional Bose sound system.

Catering

Hoeve De Blauwpoorte has no fixed caterer. You can choose your own caterer or a caterer from a list determined by the estate.

Parking

Hoeve De Blauwpoorte offers parking for 120 cars on their private car park, with the possibility of extending this to 100+ cars on the nearby Wembley meadow or car park.
