The name House of Hugo refers to Ruben’s grandfather, Hugo, who gradually lost his memories to Alzheimer’s disease. He reminded them of the importance of tangible memories — images that don’t just show, but also feel.
What began as a personal passion has grown into the essence of House of Hugo: creating films that are more than beautiful. Images that tell a story, linger, and capture humanity.
Today, Ruben works with a team of talented videographers who share his eye for detail and sense of atmosphere. Together, they capture not only the big moments but also the small gestures that make your story unique.
