Welcome to ‘t Convent 2.0
’t Convent 2.0 is a state-of-the-art venue in the Westhoek region for exclusive events combined with luxurious, charming guest accommodation. With a nod to the past of ‘t Convent, where grandeur, exclusivity and intimacy were the greatest assets, they are now continuing to build a beautiful story for ’t Convent 2.0.
This event location is always hired by a single user. This is precisely to guarantee that grandeur, exclusivity and intimacy. Each event is individually approached and supervised, completely according to your wishes. All possibilities can be discussed with the ‘t Convent 2.0 team.
Banqueting halls
't Convent 2.0 has four banqueting halls that you can rent out individually or in combination.
The Vleteren hall is a spacious banqueting hall with a lovely view of the garden and the vineyards of ’t Convent 2.0. The hall also has a covered terrace: ideal for a beautiful outdoor reception. The room can accommodate 280 to 420 people.
At the rear is a cosy room, the Lo-Reninge room, equipped with a sound system and adjoining kitchen. The authentic character and country style make for a unique event. The room can accommodate 180 to 270 people.
The Vleteren and Lo-Reninge rooms can be combined into one large space by means of movable acoustic walls.
The Crypte is a dance hall on level -1, equipped with a complete light and sound system and a spacious bar with a DJ booth. It is therefore suitable for a good party where you can let your hair down. The hall has a surface area of 190 square metres.
Cellarium consists of a construction of vaults that support the floors and walls above. This space has a separate kitchen, its own sound system and has a surface area of 75 square metres.
Catering
You are completely free to choose your own catering. So would you like to work with a caterer of your choice? No problem! Only beers and soft drinks have to be purchased at ‘t Convent 2.0.

’t Convent 2.0 offers several formulas so every couple can tailor the organization to their own needs:
Self-organization: you choose all suppliers and manage the planning yourself.
Supported organization: the team assists with practical support, setup, and logistics.
Full guidance: professional support from A to Z.
Additionally, the venue offers:
shell rental, optional available furniture, flexible rental periods (half day, full day, per room) and the possibility of setup and takedown days. During every event, the owner is on-site for support.
Accommodation
Accommodation is available in the guesthouse, which has eight beautiful rooms, each with a different design. A total of 20 people can stay here after your wonderful wedding.
