't Convent is a state-of-the-art venue in the Westhoek region for exclusive events combined with luxurious, charming guest accommodation. With a nod to 't Convent's past, where grandeur, exclusivity and intimacy were its greatest assets, they are now continuing to build a beautiful story for 't Convent.

't Convent is always hired exclusively by one group, so privacy and tranquillity are guaranteed. Each event is also fully customised and professionally supervised, tailored to your wishes and expectations.

Party rooms

't Convent 2.0 has four characterful rooms that can be used separately or in combination.

Vleteren Room

A light-filled function room with a panoramic view of the garden and vineyards, adjoining a covered terrace. Ideal for receptions and/or dinners for up to 420 guests.

Lo-Reninge Room

An authentic and warm room with a rustic character and adjoining industrial kitchen. Suitable for 180 to 270 guests.

Combination of Vleteren Room and Lo-Reninge Room

Both rooms can be combined into one impressive space using movable walls. Thanks to the generous surface area, there is enough space inside for the ceremony, reception and dinner. This makes the combination ideal as a fully-fledged plan B in case of bad weather.

Crypt

18th-century vaulted cellar, invisibly transformed into a modern party and after-party zone. Equipped with a bar, DJ booth, ventilation, lighting and sound system. Perfect for receptions, networking events or late-night atmosphere.

Cellarium

A charming space with vaults and a separate (domestic) kitchen. Ideal as a reception area, lounge or extension of your event. The cellarium has a surface area of 75m².

The connection between inside and outside is a major asset: each space connects seamlessly to the green grounds and the elegant terrace. This creates a natural flow between the different areas of the party, whether it's the reception, dinner, ceremony, dance party or networking moment.

Catering

For catering, they initially work with a carefully selected list of preferred partners. Caterers who stand for class, refinement and a high level of service that is fully in line with the image of 't Convent.

If you would prefer to work with your own caterer, the team will be happy to discuss this with you. Beers, soft drinks and water are purchased through 't Convent.

Services

't Convent offers various packages, tailored to your wishes and involvement:

• Own organisation: you determine your own suppliers and planning.
• Supported organisation: practical assistance with set-up, logistics and coordination.
• Full assistance: professional support from A to Z.

In addition, the estate offers:

• Shell rental or optional furniture
• Flexible rental periods (half day, full day or per room)
• Option of set-up and dismantling days
• Permanence of the owner during each event

Overnight stays

Overnight stays are possible in the guest house with 8 stylish rooms, each with its own character. A total of up to 20 guests can stay after your wedding party. This way, your day does not end after the last dance, but becomes a complete wedding experience without any worries.

Parking

The estate has ample parking for more than 250 cars.
