Behind the impressive Oklahoma Smoker and open grill you'll find Davy, the beating and fiery heart of D&M Barbeque. As a third-generation butcher from Putte with more than two decades of expertise, he knows every cut, every technique and every nuance of perfectly grilled meat. That knowledge forms the foundation of their creative BBQ catering, where classic traditions and modern insights come together.
