1. Choose your favourite mobile bar

Choose one or more mobile bar(s) that you love. Putting your favourite bar(s) at your party makes it extra personal. Do you want cocktails, champagne or wine? Here you already have an overview of the best mobile bars. You will surely find a bar that fits your concept and wishes.

What besides your preferences in drinks can help you make your choice? While a mobile bar at your wedding party may stand out, you also want it to fit in nicely with the whole party. So choose a bar that matches your wedding venue in terms of style, theme and atmosphere.

2. Determine the exact location

Are you allowed or able to place a mobile bar at your party room or any other location where your reception will take place? Be sure to ask permission in advance. Make sure there is enough space for the bar, and that the team knows how best to arrive and park. In addition, choose a strategic location for your mobile bar to ensure that your guests will use it a lot. This is a place where the bar stands out enough, where there is plenty of passage, or where your guests can gather around.

As with any outdoor party: think of a Plan B that is prepared for all weather conditions. What if it rains? What if it's scorching hot? What if it's windy? Take all possibilities into account.

3. Make clear agreements

Discuss your ideas thoroughly with your barman or bartender. Discuss in advance which drinks you want on the menu, what your expectations are, when the team will arrive and when they will leave - depending on your schedule. For example, can the bar stay until you go inside for the dance party? By making clear agreements, the bar team can prepare well to give all your guests a unique experience.

4. Have your favourite drinks served

Together with your bartender or bartender, create the menu of your mobile bar. Choose your all-time favourite cocktails, or adapt the menu to your wedding theme. For example, have a signature cocktail designed especially for your wedding! Make an appointment at your mobile bar to taste the cocktail(s), wine(s) or champagne beforehand. Also add at least one non-alcoholic alternative to the drinks menu, such as a delicious mocktail or homemade lemonade.

5. Add personal details

You read it earlier in this article: make sure the bar matches your theme and the atmosphere you have in mind. Vintage, bright, colourful or classic: where possible, have the bar dressed up as an eye-catcher that suits your party.

Then make the drinks experience even more special with personalised details. Think for example of personalised stirrers with your initials on them or a menu in the same style as your invitations. It's in the details!
