Tips for your autumn wedding

According to some, autumn is Mother Nature's most wonderful last smile before she gently dozes off into her winter sleep. Time for pumpkin spice latte, long walks and pumpkins. The beautiful display of colour alone is a good reason for your autumn wedding. We would like to give you some tips to take your autumn wedding to the next level.

Spectacle of colour

Autumn is the most colourful season of the year. Therefore, enjoying the beautiful spectacle that Mother Nature has to offer is an absolute must. Take your guests outside for an autumn walk as an activity. You can also opt for a ceremony in the forest (tent included) so that you are in the middle of the spectacle when you say yes to each other. The colours, the smells and the sounds, all your senses will feast on this picture. A photo shoot in which the colour spectacle plays an important role should not be missing at your wedding either.

Diamonds of Mother Nature

Not only summer boasts a wide range of beautiful flowers and plants. Autumn, too, has a lot to offer. An autumn wedding begs for decorative materials such as berry branches, pine cones, coloured leaves, chestnut husks, acorn hats,... plenty of choice! For example, are you looking for an original alternative to throwing rice? How about shredded autumn leaves in warm shades of orange, ochre, yellow and brown? Happiness guaranteed!

Embrace the warmth

Wave goodbye to summer and pay one last ode to the lovely summer feelings at your autumn wedding. Organise a barbecue, a food truck festival, make a bonfire and hand out marshmellows to roast like you did a few weeks ago on fine summer evenings. At your party, also welcome winter and provide something for the cold. For example, hand out warm blankets, gloves or even socks. Install a hot chocolate bar where your guests can mix their own hot chocolate. Embrace the warmth that glows between you for the cold days to come.
