Cocktails? No... Mocktails

Providing mocktails as a non-alcoholic alternative is a must do. Pregnant ladies and the BOBs in question will thank you that they will also be able to drink something other than water or soft drinks at your wedding party. 'Let's get this party started!"

Mocktails... what?
Mocktail is a contraction of 'mock' and 'cocktail'. It is a non-alcoholic cocktail that rivals its alcoholic brother, the cocktail, in flavour and special combinations.
Shake it Baby!
Nothing more fun than watching your mocktails being prepared and shaken. A stylish mocktail bar in which a mixologist demonstrates his skills at a trendy bar is an absolute hit in terms of entertainment for your party.
Mocktails are increasingly a total sensory experience. So not only the taste, but also the smell, the colour, the visible ingredients and the beautiful glass in which your drink is served are important. The mocktail shaker knows perfectly whether your mocktails belong in a trendy mason jar or rather in a classy martini glass. Fresh herbs, cucumber slices, strawberries, lime... they also think about the garnish to complete the picture.
Pure & Traditional
Today, purity and craft scores particularly well. So too with mocktails. Own syrups, bitters, infusions,... Choose pure, local and preferably seasonal ingredients. Fresh herbs, pureed fruit, syrups made from home-picked elderflower or rhubarb: there are so many possibilities to brew healthy and delicious mocktails. Be creative! Or even better, rely on the expertise of a professional mixologist and enjoy the result. Ask your caterer, who will show you the way... Cheers!
