Hip wedding dinner
Couples are increasingly opting for a hipper, more personal approach in organising their wedding. Food sharing involves your caterer putting various pots and pans on the table, with all guests at the table sharing their delicious contents. This can be themed, such as the American surf and turf principle: meat and fish combined. Either way, it's a unique way to set up your wedding party!

Cosy atmosphere
Spaniards swear by tapas, Italians have the antipasti and French du pain, fromage et du vin. We already learned from our southern neighbours that sharing food creates a convivial and relaxed atmosphere. There is nothing like enjoying a snack at the same table with the people you love.
Food sharing also does away with awkward conversations. Your guests rely on each other to pass plates, so they spontaneously start talking to each other. The ice is broken!

Choosing is not losing
No more stress about choosing: thanks to food sharing, you can enjoy a variety of delicious dishes! In autumn, think especially of stews such as waterzooi, pork cheeks, langoustines,... All complemented by scrumptious vegetable dishes consisting of delicious potatoes or wild mushrooms. Tagines are also a feast for the eyes and taste, with pearl cousous and a spicy sauce, for example.

As a couple, you decide whether to set the entire dinner, or just the starter or dessert in this style. Caterers often work with one main ingredient already served on the plate, such as a filet pur. The sidedishes are then placed on the table in pretty bowls.
So food sharing is the way to set your wedding party in a trendy and atmospheric way... Sharing is really caring during your wedding!
