Your honeymoon at Disneyland? Here’s how to plan it!
Be sure to book your park tickets well in advance. Then choose your hotel (or a nearby hotel) and look up which restaurants you’d like to eat at, whether you’ll spend every day in the parks, which shows you want to see, and which FastPasses you might want to book. Editor’s note: these are called ‘Disney Premier Access’.

…or you book a Disney ‘package’!
Want to book your honeymoon to Disneyland in no time? Then go for a package! Your hotel, admission tickets, and parking are included. Add a meal plan, and your stay will go wonderfully smoothly. Top tip: also book a unique breakfast with your favorite Disney characters, and completely melt away in Walt Disney’s magical world. All the romance is ab-so-lute-ly included!
Keep in mind…
The dates of your stay: try to avoid busy school holidays, and book your stay—if you can—on weekdays. Also keep in mind that Disneyland organizes special events, for example around Halloween and Christmas. You’ll pay a bit more for a ticket on those days. Still want to go during these busier periods? Then book Disney Premier Access and skip the line at a few fabulous attractions!
Your transportation: if you want to travel comfortably, take the train to Disney. Thalys goes directly to Disneyland Paris—but note: this isn’t the case every day, so double-check what applies to your preferred travel dates. Traveling farther, to Disney World in Florida for example? Then be sure to book your flights in time. The easiest option is to fly to Orlando airport.
Restaurants: would you like to dine at your favorite Disney restaurant? Then definitely make a reservation in advance—also for breakfast at your hotel. The more popular restaurants can fill up quickly. Is it your first time and you’re not sure which restaurants to choose? Discover the menu and price category of each restaurant via the website.
What should you pack for a honeymoon to Disneyland?

Are you traveling to Disneyland in summer? Sunscreen, loose clothing, and a hat are your best friends. Shoes you can comfortably walk in for a day or three are also a must for every season. Be sure to pack swim trunks or a bikini too, because some hotels have a (heated) swimming pool! Tip: in summer, it can be nice to wear your swimwear under your clothes for when you visit the water rides.
In the colder months, it’s best to pack an extra sweater in your suitcase, as well as a rain poncho—for those same water rides or a potential downpour.

You can absolutely buy Minnie and/or Mickey Mouse ears on every corner of the park. Be sure to leave some space in your suitcase for these and other souvenirs! Water and snacks are also recommended for your backpack. Finally, a camera is a must to capture all this magic. Disney really is sooo Insta-worthy…
Heading to Disneyland Paris with Thalys? In under 2 hours, you’ll be in Marne-la-Vallée – Chessy (Disneyland® Paris) from Brussels! Enjoy the Disney magic—and each other—to the fullest during your honeymoon!
