Welcome to the Africa Palace

The Africa Palace, formerly known as the Colonial Palace, is an exceptional event venue. Located near Brussels, surrounded by greenery and offering stunning views, it is perfectly suited for corporate events, weddings and unforgettable moments. During summer, the spacious terrace overlooking Tervuren Park becomes an ideal outdoor setting for events.

Event spaces

The Africa Palace is ideal for weddings, receptions, corporate events, networking events, symposiums, product launches, workshops, galas and charity events.

The Africa Palace consists of three beautiful venues, each unique yet forming an inseparable whole.

• The Historic Ballroom accommodates up to 300 seated guests (banquet) and 400 standing guests (reception).
  
• The Winter Garden accommodates up to 80 seated guests and 200 standing guests.
  
• The Hobé Room accommodates up to 40 seated guests and 80 standing guests.

Catering

Exclusive catering is provided by top caterer Huis Van Dijck, offering tailor-made concepts ranging from walking dinners to luxurious seated dinners.

Accommodation

The Africa Palace does not offer on-site accommodation. In the heart of Tervuren, Hotel Rastelli is an elegant option within walking distance of the park and museum, ideal for guests seeking comfort and proximity.

Ligging

The Africa Palace is the former Colonial Palace event hall dating back to 1897 and is part of the Royal Museum for Central Africa in Tervuren. It combines neoclassical grandeur with modern facilities.

Thanks to excellent connections with Brussels, the venue is easily accessible by car and public transport. Several secure cycling paths lead directly to the Avenue des Palais, with bicycle parking available nearby.
