• Green energy: 70% of their energy is climate-neutral, and the remaining 30% comes from renewable sources.

• Responsible fish: Only fresh fish from the North Sea and Iceland makes it to the plate - sustainably caught and full of flavor.
  
• Ethical meat: Meat is only served if it comes from happy animals. Free-range meat and game have roamed outdoors and are treated with respect.
  
• Less waste: They minimize food surplus as much as possible. Leftovers are donated to a social grocery store.

About Amitude Catering

Amitude Catering was founded in 2014 with a focus on smaller events and home cooking. Over the years, the company has grown into a specialist in large-scale event catering. In early 2023, Amitude Catering moved to a new location in Torhout, surrounded by a garden full of fresh herbs, edible flowers and vegetables. Thanks to close cooperation with local producers, sustainability is central to their refined catering.

Today, Amitude specialises in private parties for 12 people or more, company parties and events for up to 800 guests. Despite the growth, the personal approach always remains a priority.

Manager Rafaël Vancoillie is your contact person and is responsible for the perfect organisation of your party. He is a ‘Coxydien’ from the Hotelschool Ter Duinen in Koksijde. He did internships in star establishments such as La Durée** and De Kromme Watergang** and specialised product internships at Slagerij Dierendonck and Visbedrijf Vishandel Van As.
