About Annick Van Wesemael
Annick's passion for flowers began at a young age. As a teenager, she worked in a flower shop, where she gained her first professional experience and developed her skills further with renowned florists. Before she turned 18, she won silver at the Belgian flower arranging championship.
Since 1994, Annick has been running the business together with her husband Joris. In 2006, they opened the studio “Annick Van Wesemael – Bloemen en Accenten” in Lede. Today, Annick combines her work in the shop with a strong focus on weddings and events, while Joris is responsible for the business organization.
Her style is romantic with a contemporary touch, inspired by movements such as Biedermeier, Art Deco, and Art Nouveau.
