Founded in 2021, Ateljee G is built on a strong culinary foundation.

Although never limiting himself to fish alone, Gilles proudly carries the title of Fish Chef of the Year 2024. This award crowns years of experience gained at renowned restaurants such as Horseele, Le Julien and BOURY, as well as freelance support and consulting for leading restaurants and caterers. Today, this expertise translates into a strong, creative catering concept with a clear focus on detail and hospitality.
