Hidden between chestnut trees and water reeds, amid the 400-hectare Kelchterhoef nature reserve, lies Cachecour, a brand-new party venue with catering, a striking building with a rich history. Cachecour is an idyllic destination where party experiences in greenery, surrounded by tranquillity and natural beauty are central. Indoor and outdoor experiences blend seamlessly thanks to the natural décor, generous glass-partitions, lush private gardens and access to the desolate surrounding ponds and forest trails.

Party rooms

The fully renovated Grand Party Room features a cloakroom, reception area, sanitary facilities, private lounge, DJ corner and spacious bar. The large arched windows, solid parquet floor and the décor of rusted steel and weathered wood create a seamless transition to the beautiful surrounding greenery. The venue is a real mix between rural and contemporary with an eye for nature. 170 persons can be seated here if a dance party is also planned. Without a dance party, we have room for 200 people seated.

Secluded in the authentic 13th-century farmhouse is the restored Small Party Room. Perfect for more intimate occasions or secluded guests. There is room here for 60 persons seated and 80 standing. For an indoor ceremony, it can accommodate 100 guests.

In the Ceremony Forest, guests sit among the trees waiting to watch the bride and groom walk the forest path and to be blown away during the intimate ceremony.

The Reception Garden offers a pictorial backdrop for receptions. With live band or atmospheric background music; a cup of bubbles or a cocktail bar: this place is equipped to set the tone for any casual party experience.

In the entirely enclosed backyard, the Party Garden, you can enjoy a natural casual setting during the evening party and/or dinner. The modular luxury tent provides an atmospheric backdrop and the necessary shelter in various weather conditions. The nature experience is made complete when guests join for dinner among the trees.

Catering

At Cachecour, a successful party experience is inextricably linked to food. This goes beyond arts in the kitchen: the range of refreshing food concepts is worked out to the smallest detail of taste and experience. Each food concept offers its own and unique menu selection, presentation and service. From delicious apéro to street food, grill bars and culinary dinners. For every appetite and desired atmosphere.
