Looking for a wedding venue that effortlessly combines elegance, authenticity, and warmth? De Hoop is a historic event venue in the center of Waregem, where love and character come together.

This former theater, film, and concert hall from 1901 has been renovated with great respect into a stylish, multifunctional space for weddings with soul. The impressive 250 m² open hall, with authentic roof trusses and a ridge height of 10 meters, creates a unique, intimate atmosphere that feels grand without being cold. Thanks to the excellent acoustics, speeches, live music, and emotions sound exactly as they are meant to.

Banquet halls

De Hoop has a spacious main hall that can be flexibly arranged for different moments of your wedding day.

Adjacent to this is an elegant orangery of 60 m² offering additional possibilities, ideal for a ceremony, reception, or cozy lounge.

Together, these spaces ensure a smooth flow between the different parts of the celebration.

The capacity is 150 to 180 guests for a seated dinner, 200 to 230 guests for a reception or walking dinner, and 100 to 150 people for a ceremony or seminar setup.

A stylish bar, luxurious sanitary facilities, and modern audiovisual equipment complete the picture. Outside, the adjacent garden with pond and swimming pool provides an idyllic backdrop for photos, an aperitif in the open air, or a moment of rest during the party.

Catering

The location has a caterer-friendly kitchen of 30 m² where caterers can work professionally and efficiently. This allows the catering to be perfectly tailored to your wishes, while you enjoy the day without any worries.

Overnight stay

For overnight guests, we work together with Hotel T, within walking distance of the party location. There, up to 93 guests can stay comfortably in 45 rooms, which is ideal for couples who want to extend their wedding party into a relaxing weekend.
