De Melkerij in Bavegem, East Flanders, is a unique event location in a renovated historic building. Its industrial character and authentic elements create a unique setting for your party!

Party rooms

De Melkerij has 3 floors that can be booked individually or in combination.

The venue is let on a shell basis. This means you can choose the furniture, décor and caterer to suit your style. In this way, De Melkerij Events always guarantees an exclusive experience!

Ground floor

On the ground floor, De Melkerij welcomes you with a spacious entrance hall and a light-filled room. This space is perfect as a reception or dance hall and can be flexibly arranged to suit your plans. This floor can accommodate up to 180 people.

Adjacent to this is a lush garden with a spacious south-west facing terrace, ideal for an outdoor ceremony or reception.

First floor

On the first floor is a large, light-filled space that can easily be divided into two sections. The central feature is the professional open kitchen, where dishes are prepared with expertise. This floor combines flexibility with functionality and can accommodate up to 200 people.

Second floor

The second floor is also light-filled and versatile in its layout. The space opens onto a spacious south-west facing terracewith a view of the garden, offering additional possibilities for your party concept.

This floor also features a bar and can accommodate up to 200 people.

Third floor

On the top floor is a furnished loft for two people. Here you can stay overnight and enjoy a local breakfast in the morning.

The loft can also be used as a meeting room for smaller groups of up to 12 people.

De Melkerij Events works with a carefully selected team of experienced partners, like Coeur Catering or Very Food, each with their own expertise to make your event an unforgettable experience.

Ceremonies

Do you wish to organise a ceremony or reception? The verdant garden offers countless possibilities! Adjoining, there is a south-west-oriented outdoor terrace.

Overnight stay

The top floor offers the possibility for 2 people to stay overnight in our furnished loft. In the morning you can enjoy a delicious local breakfast.

Parking

De Melkerij has 6 parking spaces and 4 charging stations for electric cars. Other cars can park in the spacious private car park at 1-minute walk away.
