After the first contact, you’ll discuss the most important practical details: date and location, number of guests, the day’s schedule, your expectations and wishes...

Based on this information, you’ll receive an initial price estimate.

The price is determined by factors such as: the location and travel time, the number of guests, the required sound and lighting equipment, the number of hours of service...

Are you convinced? Then the date is finalized after payment of the deposit.

2. Personal preparation meeting

About two months before the wedding, DJ Ivan schedules an extensive preparation meeting, preferably at the venue.

During this meeting, you’ll review together: the setup of the DJ equipment, lighting and ambiance effects, possible extras for the opening dance, the practical organization of the evening...

You’ll also go over the full script for the party.

3. Musical planning for your party

During the planning meeting, DJ Ivan will delve deeper intoyour personal preferences: what is your guest list like? What languages and music styles appeal to them? What will the opening dance be? What atmosphere do you want to create? Which songs are absolute must-haves? What music would you prefer to avoid?

Based on this information, he will develop a musical concept that perfectly suits your celebration.

After the meeting, you’ll receive a clear summary via email, so that all agreements are clearly documented.

On the day of the wedding, DJ Ivan arrives well in advance to set everything up and thoroughly test it.
