Party rooms

Ceremonies take place in the most beautiful spots on the estate: amidst the greenery of the garden or in the impressive main hall of the castle. For the reception, several options are available: overlooking the pond or in the stylishly furnished wine cellar, where the atmosphere ranges from casino to winter bar or jazz club.

You’ll dine at full tables in the main hall, where pure flavors and refined dishes come together. The in-house kitchen team works with carefully selected ingredients and wines to perfectly tailor each dinner to your overall vision.

Domaine St.-Hubert welcomes up to 200 seated guests in the castle’s event halls. Receptions with a view of the pond can host up to 400 standing guests. The wine cellar can accommodate up to 150 guests.

Catering

All catering is provided by the in-house kitchen team. The kitchen has been a trusted name for years, led by the house chef. They work with seasonal products and local ingredients, with attention to flavor and presentation. Whether during the aperitif, dinner, or dessert, the experience is central.

Accomodation

As a bridal couple, you can stay overnight in the charming suite of the castle. Need extra space for guests? They can also stay in the newly furnished rooms of Villa Princekouter, located on the estate itself.

This spacious holiday home features 4 luxury rooms accommodating a total of 8 guests. Hidden in the greenery of the castle grounds and each with its own bathroom, the villa offers all comfort, peace, and space. So enjoy your day a little longer with an extensive breakfast in an intimate group.

About Domaine St.-Hubert

Where cotton was once spun, new traditions are now being formed. Domaine St.-Hubert has been in the hands of the same family for generations. The castle was built in 1924 and still breathes that same historic charm today. Behind the scenes is a close-knit team: daughter Justine and her partner Kevin are your points of contact, mom Annie runs the kitchen, while dad Johan and Marjorie manage the event team. Not an anonymous structure, but a family that carries every celebration personally and with dedication.
