Esperienza Di Gusto, which simply means ‘taste experience’ in Italian, was founded to let the world sample Italian cuisine. The team achieves this using authentic Piaggio Ape vans, which have been converted into original food trucks, serving high-quality pasta with freshly prepared sauces, antipasti and desserts.

A unique experience that brings a smile to every customer’s face. It is this positive feedback that motivates the team every day to provide catering for the most enjoyable wedding receptions.

Esperienza Di Gusto brings Italian cuisine to your guests from an authentic Piaggio Ape food truck. The menu centres on pure flavours, fresh produce and dishes that invite you to enjoy them together.

Antipasti are the ideal start to your culinary experience. In Italy, antipasti are more than just a starter: they are a moment for sharing, tasting and getting the conversation going. A generously filled platter stimulates the senses and immediately sets the right tone.

This is followed by pasta, featuring penne made with type 00 flour. This extra-fine flour ensures the perfect balance between firmness and elasticity. Together with the freshly prepared sauces, Esperienza Di Gusto delivers a taste experience that transports your guests to Italy for a moment.

To round off the meal, the team provides sweet Italian treats. Think refreshing ice cream or sorbet, classic tiramisu or light and airy chocolate mousse. A stylish and flavourful finale to your celebration.
