Event'L was started in 2015 by Liesje van Haaster, qualified communications manager, wedding planner & ceremony speaker and the proud owner of 3 Wedding Industry Awards. Event'L stands for tailor-made wedding planning, always with a personal approach. Every party and every wedding couple is unique, which is why Event'L starts with an introductory meeting: that mutual "click" is what the Event'L team is all about! 

Whether it's about planning some aspects of your wedding party, or an all-in A to Z - experience: Event'L looks together with you at the options that best suit your needs to take care of your most beautiful day down to the last detail.

Event'L can be hired to realise a customised styling concept, but also for the full planning of your wedding party. On your wedding day, Event'L provides on-site coordination and guidance. This way, you can enjoy carefree.

So, as bride & groom, are you no longer allowed to help plan and create? Of course you can, it is and remains your wedding! But if you get tired of all the preparations, Event'L will gladly take them over from you. This way, you can enjoy your wedding 100% without having to worry about anything.

Wedding planning & design

You have something to celebrate? A wedding party! You've already come up with some fun creative ideas? No matter how small or big the party, sometimes you just don't know how and where to start. And that's totally okay, you don't organise an event every week. Event'L is happy to give you a hand. They can fully customise their services to your needs. Full planning & organisation

Here, everything is arranged for you from start to finish. Perfect for couples who have no time to spare or for couples who want a professional by their side. They also keep a close eye on your budget. So no surprises!

Coordination on the day itself   

Perfect for couples who want to plan it themselves, but don't want to work constantly on the day itself. Here, Event'L will coordinate your wedding for you and keep everything on track so that you and your partner can enjoy your day to the fullest. 

Styling elaboration 

Event'L personalises every wedding down to the last detail. Together with you, they look for a common thread, a theme and a colour palette. With this info, they get to work and create a mood board. They will search, hire and buy the right materials and decorations for your party. You name it! Event'L thinks about even the smallest details.

Styling set-up       

The decoration of your party venue will also land in its proper place and be beautifully arranged.
