• Ceremony writer: together, you’ll craft a personal and unforgettable ceremony in your own words.
• Ceremony with a touch of luxury: a fully bespoke ceremony, with all materials delivered, set up and collected – enjoy the day worry-free, with no cleaning-up to do.
• Day coordination / Wedding planning: have all the preparations been made? Astrid will provide a clear schedule and take charge of the coordination, so you can relax and enjoy your day.

During the ceremony, there is space for your own story, your favourite music, kind words from friends and family, a ritual that reflects your love, the exchange of your rings and the exchange of your wedding vows. Even the youngest guests are involved in a playful way, so that everyone feels connected.

About Event Planner Astrid

Behind Event Planner Astrid is Astrid herself: a spontaneous, cheerful West Flemish woman with a passion for organisation and attention to detail. Born and raised in Koekelare, she discovered her passion for organising celebrations at a young age. From beautifully laid tables to clinking glasses and joyful laughter – everything always had to be just that little bit more special.

In 2019, Astrid set up her own business together with her husband. As a young entrepreneur aged 23 at the time, she quickly carved out a place for herself in the wedding world. With over 9 years’ experience in the events sector, her dream has grown into a successful business, underpinned by the trust of countless couples who have entrusted their special day to her.

Astrid is often described as spontaneous, straight-talking and always with a big smile. She strongly believes in a personal approach: every wedding deserves its own story, translated into a warm, stylish and carefree day. She shares this mission with her close-knit team, which she describes as a group of friends with a passion for perfection. Together, they create that wow factor that couples will remember for a long time to come.
