Kim, the driving force behind Food Architect, trained at the Hotel School Ter Groene Poorte in Bruges and later specialized as a sommelier. After years of experience in the hotel and restaurant sector, Kim decided in 2012 to combine his passion for culinary art and hospitality and bring Food Architect to life.
