The meeting between Rudi Van Beylen and Dominique Cocquyt at hotel school Het Spijker in Hoogstraten is the start of a beautiful history. Together they go through the same apprenticeship with national and international top chefs. This makes the couple perfectly attuned to each other.

In 1999, the discovery of the Hof ten Damme estate was a milestone in their lives. Together they developed the property into a party room where only the law of the most refined gastronomy and the warmest welcome applies. Today, the 17th century Hof ten Damme country house is one of the most beautiful party rooms in Flanders.
