At Isla Sobremesa, they don’t fill the day with haste or tight schedules, but build celebrations to the rhythm of clinking glasses around long tables.

They believe that genuine connection flourishes when you stay true to yourself.

Party rooms

They deliberately opt for the tranquillity and depth of an intimate gathering of 50 to 150 guests. This creates plenty of space for genuine attention, warm conversations and moments you share deeply with the people who really matter.

That’s why they also fully embrace the magic of the day. They believe in celebrations and events bathed in the most beautiful, warm daylight, gently flowing into an atmospheric evening.

Around 1.00 am, you’ll bring the day to a close together. This way, you preserve the intimate, genuine atmosphere of being together, and the memories linger tenderly.

Far removed from standardised scripts, they create an atmosphere that feels like a true reflection of your own style and taste.

Catering

Your celebration, fully catered

The catering is provided entirely in-house by Tom Herbosch, who has over 10 years’ experience as an event caterer. From refined culinary delights at your reception or standing buffet to a lavish dinner, together you’ll find the perfect combination of food and pleasure, entirely tailored to your needs.

Accommodation

Isla Sobremesa doesn’t offer accommodation itself, but amidst the greenery of the Kempen you’ll find lovely hotels and B&Bs where you can unwind after your party.

Tom and Caroline are the beating heart behind Isla Sobremesa.

After 10 years as an established caterer, with a passion for hospitality and their craft, they decided to follow their hearts and pursue their dream.. . That’s how they found their island! It’s a place born out of a love for being together, with full glasses and laden tables. A place where you can slow down, enjoy yourself and, above all, celebrate love.
