The Great White Hall

The Great White Hall combines contemporary elegance with a warm ambience. Thanks to the large windows, the hall is bathed in natural light and your guests can enjoy a stunning view of the surrounding gardens.

The hall can accommodate:

· up to 200 guests for a sit-down dinner

· 160 guests when a separate dance floor is provided

· 250 guests for a standing reception

Stylish round tables, white Napoleon chairs, a professional sound system, atmospheric lighting, an integrated DJ booth and fully adjustable air conditioning ensure every comfort and a perfect party experience.

The authentic salons

The three stylish salons in the castle exude history, character and cosiness. They are ideal for various moments of your wedding day.

Green Salon

The Green Salon is often guests’ first introduction to the castle and is the ideal space to warmly welcome guests during a stylish reception or an intimate dinner.

Central Salon

With direct access to the castle garden, this is the beating heart of the castle. This versatile space is perfect for:

· a romantic wedding ceremony for up to 50 people

· a reception for up to 50 guests

· dinner for up to 30 people

Pink Salon

The atmospheric Pink Salon is often used as an extension of the reception or as a cosy space for an intimate dinner.

The five-hectare castle garden is undoubtedly one of Coninxdonck Castle’s greatest assets.

With its ponds, ancient trees and natural charm, it provides an exceptional setting for your special day.

The garden can accommodate receptions and ceremonies for up to 350 guests. In the event of inclement weather, the stylish stretch marquee can be used to ensure your day goes ahead without a hitch.

Even the youngest guests are catered for, thanks to a spacious play area with a trampoline and, if desired, bouncy castles.

At Coninxdonck Castle, one of the owners himself is at the stove. The Chef prefers to develop a creative, bespoke proposal for every wedding. During a personal consultation, we listen to your wishes, style and expectations, and then devise a gastronomic concept that perfectly complements your celebration.

From a refined reception and walking dinner to a gourmet dinner, live cooking, luxury buffet or an impressive dessert buffet: virtually every menu is entirely bespoke.

Their chefs work exclusively with high-quality, fresh produce and make a conscious choice to use local and seasonal ingredients. Some of the vegetables, herbs and fruit even come from the adjacent four-hectare organic pick-your-own garden, where produce is grown sustainably.

Although Coninxdonck Castle does not offer accommodation itself, there are numerous high-quality hotels and charming B&Bs in and around Ghent just a few minutes’ drive away. This means you and your guests can enjoy a comfortable night’s stay after an unforgettable evening of celebrations.

Coninxdonck Castle has a spacious private car park for around 80 cars on the estate. In addition, there is ample free parking available nearby.
