About Keurslager Flora

Maarten Fack, manager of Keurslager Flora, is an experienced caterer and a passionate ambassador for high-quality BBQ products. With a background at Beenhouwerij en Traiteur aan Ter Groene Poorte and a love of innovative cooking techniques, he brings his craftsmanship to every celebration.

The team uses modern equipment such as their American smoker “Ons Bertha”, enabling them to offer a unique barbecue experience. From meat and fish to desserts and drinks menus: everything is prepared with care and precision.

Did you know? Keurslager Flora is also a genuine neighbourhood butcher’s. That combination of fresh-from-the-market produce and craftsmanship from their own workshop is reflected in every catering package. The team works with meat from local farmers and consciously opts for short supply chains and respect for animals and nature.
