Kukkelekuu translates into a unique culinary concept that combines an iconic American Airstream, a professional barbecue trailer, Ofyr cooking and authentic smokers. Thanks to their fully mobile equipment, they can be deployed at any location, from intimate outdoor celebrations to exclusive event settings.

The team provides everything from refined tapas and barbecue bites to walking dinners, stylish buffets and full-fledged wedding barbecues with lots of grill and slow cooking.

All menus are always developed with respect for the product and its origin. They consciously choose a short supply chain and work with local, fresh ingredients. Kukkelekuu stands for modern barbecue with class: traditionally prepared, contemporary presented, and served with genuine passion. All the ingredients for an unforgettable evening full of fire, flavour, and experience.

Kukkelekuu can offer their dishes completely halal and organic. They can also provide a nut-free, gluten-free and/or lactose-free menu.

About Kukkelekuu

The story of Kukkelekuu began long before today. For almost 25 years, the name has been synonymous with quality on the local market, where Belgian farm chicken on the spit took centre stage.

In 2015, Robin, a qualified chef, took over from his father. With his culinary training and passion for fire, he took the family story to a higher level.
