- Holy Choco: Chocolate sponge with rich chocolate ganache and cream cheese frosting, finished with white chocolate ganache.
- Strawberry Kiss: Vanilla sponge with fresh strawberries, strawberry coulis, chantilly and a hint of dulce de leche.
- Red Velvet Heart: Classic red velvet with a choice of chantilly or cream cheese frosting, finished with white chocolate.
- Vanilla Dulce: Soft vanilla sponge with vanilla chantilly and slow-cooked dulce de leche - a timeless favourite.
