Loweide is an idyllic event venue in the peaceful West Flemish town of Oostkamp. Surrounded by fields, tree-lined paths and historic chapels, the 18th-century farmhouse — once known as Ravenbosch — blends authentic charm with modern comfort. It’s a serene setting where your wedding day comes to life in style.

The farmhouse is exclusive and intimate, and entirely yours from Friday afternoon until Sunday noon.

Party rooms

The estate of Loweide offers four versatile spaces, each with its own unique character:

• The Koetsenhuis, with a covered terrace and stretch tent (up to 150 guests, ideal for summer celebrations)
• The Oude Schuur (up to 100 guests)
• The Hoeve (up to 40 guests)
• The Cottage (up to 25 guests)

All rooms are wheelchair accessible and feature private sanitary facilities. The spacious courtyard and terraces, together around 500 m², are perfect for receptions, ceremonies or outdoor moments. With 2 hectares of gardens and meadows, the estate also welcomes tents and open-air activities.

Catering

Catering at Loweide Hoeve is provided by chef Pieter-Jan De Prêtre, known for his refined Flemish-French cuisine. Together with wedding planner Geoff, every detail is personalised — from the menu to the styling — so you can enjoy your day with complete peace of mind.

The estate offers fully equipped kitchen facilities. The caterer works on-site, and an outdoor kitchen with ofyr, wood-fire spit and pizza oven is also available. Drinks can be served from a bar or mobile counter in the event spaces, on the courtyard or under the stretch tent.

Overnight

Guests who wish to stay the night can enjoy comfortable rooms or luxury holiday cottages on the estate. Start the next morning with a breakfast or luxury breakfast buffet, and savour the calm atmosphere a little longer.

Location

Loweide is located in the peaceful surroundings of Oostkamp, West Flanders. The green landscape, historic touches and vast gardens create a tranquil setting with picturesque views. The estate is easily accessible and features two double charging stations for electric cars, as well as spacious parking.
