Bespoke showpiece cakes

Pinch of Salt creates wedding cakes that are entirely tailored to your style and wishes. Think tiered cakes, elongated wedding bûches, naked cakes, buttercream flowers, ruffles and floral decorations. Three to four times a year, we offer tasting boxes to help you discover flavours and combinations. Even if you’d prefer something other than cake, Pinch of Salt offers unique show-stopping desserts.

Dessert buffet

The dessert buffet features a surprising selection of sweet bites, such as tartlets, brownies, mini cupcakes, dessert pots and cookies. Pinch of Salt takes your preferences into account, so you’re sure to find something to suit you. As the bite-sized treats are served individually, there are no queues and you’re free to help yourself several times. The presentation is also beautifully arranged on étagères.

Ice cream buffet

New this year is the ice cream buffet featuring freshly made ice cream in pots. Complement it with fresh fruit, brownies, mascarpone cream and a wide selection of toppings and sauces. A delicious and refreshing way to round off your party.

Dietary requirements & allergies

Pinch of Salt ensures plenty of variety and caters for different dietary requirements. Think of options that are vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free or lactose-free. That way, everyone can enjoy the dessert without any worries.

About Pinch of Salt

Marlies inherited her love of baking from her two grandmothers. Even as a child, she would help out in the kitchen, where she discovered how delicious food brings people together and makes special moments even more wonderful.

That passion continued to grow thanks to baking workshops and her experience as an event manager, during which she always had an eye for the smallest details that make all the difference. In 2020, Pinch of Salt was founded, with a mission to add a sweet final touch to weddings and other festive occasions.
