Approach

Before the wedding: thorough preparation

A beautiful wedding video starts with good preparation. That’s why Karim makes sure he’s fully up to speed with your schedule, right down to the last detail. This way, he knows the key moments of the day and where he needs to be to capture the most special footage.

Introductory meeting

PIXEL Creative Studio begins with a personal consultation, either via a video call or in the studio. During this meeting, Karim listens to your wishes and you go through the schedule together.

Personal contact

Throughout the preparations, you’ll stay in touch via WhatsApp or email. This ensures everything remains clearly coordinated and up to date.

Coordination with the master of ceremonies

Karim will also go through the script with your master of ceremonies. Any potential surprises may be discussed. By being aware of these, he can capture them at the perfect moment.

Music selection

Music forms the foundation of your wedding film. Karim will discuss the style with you for both the short highlight reel and the longer version. For the highlight reel (3–5 minutes), you’ll be given access to a library of licensed music, so you can share the video on social media without any issues.

On the wedding day: discreet and professional

On your wedding day, PIXEL Creative Studio uses high-quality equipment, including multiple cameras, professional audio recording and drone footage. Everything to achieve that truly cinematic result, without you ever feeling as though a camera is constantly in your face.

Morning & preparations

Karim begins by capturing the details: the dress, the suit, the rings, flowers and invitations. Whilst you’re getting ready, he focuses on the emotions and special moments between you and your loved ones, captured with calm, fluid movements.

First Look

Whether this moment is intimate or shared with family, Karim captures it exactly as you envisage it.

Love Shoot

Working alongside the photographer, Karim creates spontaneous and natural images. Drawing on his own experience as a photographer, he knows exactly how this collaboration works. No stiff poses, just genuine moments: laughter, movement and enjoyment. From impressive drone shots to subtle close-ups: everything to bring your love to life.

The ceremony

Karim films the ceremony using three cameras. Two fixed cameras ensure a complete recording, whilst he uses a third camera to dynamically capture the key moments: the entrance, the vows, saying ‘I do’ and, of course, the kiss.

Perfect audio

For crystal-clear sound, you and the wedding officiant will wear discreet, wireless microphones. This ensures that vows and speeches are recorded with razor-sharp clarity.

Reception

Using professional zoom lenses, Karim captures spontaneous and genuine moments from a distance, without guests being aware of the camera. This ensures that genuine emotions are captured.

Dinner

Karim captures the atmosphere and the speeches on film, supported by high-quality audio recordings. During dinner, he takes a short break himself: after all, a well-rested videographer delivers the best footage.

Party & first dance

Karim’s equipment performs exceptionally well in low light. He captures the opening dance in its entirety, followed by atmospheric footage of the party.
