Deciding to get married is the start of a wonderful and magical period. However, planning a wedding often brings with it some unwanted stress that makes people forget to fully enjoy this preparation time themselves. However, this doesn't have to be the case at all! As an experienced Wedding Planner & Wedding Stylist, you can fall back on Planned 4 You. With great passion and enthusiasm, she will help you.
The driving force behind Planned 4 You is Evelyn Dobbels. After organising her own wedding, she got the bug and it became a real passion to help couples make their dream day come true. She and her husband very much wanted an intimate and romantic wedding abroad and therefore there was a lot involved. She very much wants to share the pleasure that she herself experienced in the preparations with other people.
After many years of experience as a management assistant and organising international events, she took the plunge into the wedding industry in 2016 and Planned 4 You was founded.
At Planned 4 You, a personal, spontaneous & flexible approach is key.

'SOMETHING OLD' - Ceremony guidance & Flower styling
Are you looking for someone to guide and support your wedding day? As a ceremony facilitator, Planned 4 You takes away all the stress on the big day itself so that you as a couple, but also your family, can enjoy the day to the fullest in a loose and relaxed atmosphere.
Together, you will draw up a script and, based on this, the timing & planning will be closely monitored. Passionate about flowers and plants, Planned 4 You also takes care of the floral decoration of your wedding all by itself, from a beautiful bridal bouquet to the decoration of the church or ceremony and party location.
SOMETHING NEW - Tailor-made opening dance
Do you dream of having your own original or romantic opening dance?
With years of dance experience in various dance styles, Planned 4 You can help you put on a fun, hip or romantic performance. You choose the song(s) and Evelyn will work with them. A few private lessons will get you fully prepared to shine on the dance floor!
'SOMETHING BORROWED'- Wedding Stylist
Are you mainly interested in someone who will take care of the overall look and feel of your wedding day? Are you renting a party location that can be completely built up and decorated according to your own taste and theme, or are you planning to get married in your own garden?
Planned 4 You will discuss your style and ideas together during a location visit and a mood board will be drawn up based on this, so you get a clear idea of what to expect.
Naturally, the team coordinates the complete set-up and take-down of your wedding.
'SOMETHING BLUE' - Wedding planner (full option)
Would you like help with the total planning and organisation of your dream wedding?
Planned 4 You starts with a no-obligation introductory meeting. This chat allows you to get to know each other better and to get a first idea of your wishes and expectations. A proposal will be made based on our conversation and presented to you. If you are convinced by the proposal, Planned 4 You will get to work with great enthusiasm.
Among other things, Planned 4 You looks for suitable suppliers for your concept. Using a mood board, you get an overall picture of what you can expect. In the coming months, you will go through the checklist together and the budget estimate will remain a guideline during the preparations. Of course, everything happens in consultation with you! A few weeks before your wedding, the team will draw up a detailed script with the timing of your wedding day.
On your 'big day', Planned 4 You will be there to make sure everything runs smoothly and to decorate your ballroom, church and ceremony with flowers and decorations. The only thing left to do is to enjoy!
