Frans and Ria Saint Germain set the bar high with high-quality dishes and a warm atmosphere. Over 5 years ago, Tim and Eline took over the helm. Tim gained his experience in his father's kitchen and in starred establishments such as De Karmeliet, Sea Grill and Oud Sluis. Eline started as a student at Salons Saint Germain and today, as a charming hostess, she runs the place.

Salons Saint Germain focuses on a total approach in which they realise each event from A to Z with their own team. The mix of familiar faces and driven flexis creates a unique dynamic. With their enthusiasm, professionalism and eye for detail, they create unforgettable parties that you will remember for a long time.

Party rooms

Salons Saint Germain is located on the historic Grand Place of Diksmuide. Along the back of the party rooms lies an oasis of green with a pond and a fountain, better known as the ‘Botanieken Hof’. This gem is always accessible for romantic snapshots for your finest photo album.

Salons Saint Germain has three contemporary party rooms:

• Botaniek: up to 300 people (seated dining)
• Ter Stede: up to 280 people (seated dining)
• Orangerie: up to 160 people (seated dining)

The party rooms are completely separate and each has its own entrance, cloakroom, sanitary facilities, bar, disco, reception area and garden terrace.

A party is only successful when the picture has the right atmosphere. The Salons Saint Germain team therefore attaches great importance to details and invests annually in the accommodation and decoration. For example, the rooms were completely restyled and each received a beautiful garden terrace and roof terrace.

Table linen, table skirts, room hire, flowers, candles, candlesticks, silver table decorations, service, etc. are always provided and are included in the menu prices.
