The Scarlett String Society delivers a unique live music experience for the part of the wedding day between the ceremony and the evening reception. Whilst guests mingle during the cocktail reception and dinner, our musicians create a stylish atmosphere that naturally ties the day together.

Many couples choose to enjoy live music after the ceremony as well. From the recessional onwards, The Scarlett String Society takes over with an extensive live ensemble comprising strings, piano and a rhythm section, thus forming the musical bridge to the evening reception.

No two weddings are the same. That is why no two ensembles from The Scarlett String Society are the same either.

What makes The Scarlett String Society special is that each ensemble is put together entirely to your specifications. Do you dream of a large string ensemble with piano? Or perhaps four string players, complemented by piano and a rhythm section? Virtually any line-up is possible. Together, we’ll look at the number of guests, the desired atmosphere, your favourite music and the ideal line-up for your wedding day.

About the Scarlett String Society

The Scarlett String Society was founded by cellist and artistic director Scarlett Arts, who has been providing live musicat weddings in the Netherlands and Belgium with Het Strijkkwartet for over eighteen years.

The Scarlett String Society consists of carefully selected professional musicians who excel in musicality, charisma and collaboration. Each ensemble is tailor-made and can range from an intimate line-up to an impressive live ensemble featuring strings, piano and a rhythm section. This ensures that every wedding has a live ensemble that is fully tailored to the venue, the number of guests, the desired atmosphere and your musical preferences.
