About Sweet 'n Sour

Meet Céline, the face behind Sweet ’n Sour. Her passion for beverages and wine began during her studies at Ter Groene Poorte Hotel School in Bruges, where she further specialized in beverage knowledge. As a certified sommelier, she also gained four years of professional experience at the two-star restaurant Sir Kwinten in Lennik. With Sweet ’n Sour, Céline aims to share her knowledge, creativity, and love of flavor with others.

Thanks to her training and years of experience, Céline looks beyond classic pairings. She loves to experiment with surprising flavors and unconventional creations, always with an eye for quality and the overall experience. After plenty of shaking, stirring, and straining, it was time to bring her passion to the world, and that’s how Sweet ’n Sour was born.

Services

Sweet ’n Sour provides a mobile bar service that is fully tailored to your party or event. Everything is taken care of down to the last detail. The bar arrives on-site fully equipped and is staffed by an experienced team. Each drink is served in the right glass, finished with a carefully chosen garnish that enhances the flavors.

Sweet ’n Sour works exclusively with high-quality ingredients such as homemade syrups, freshly squeezed juices, and premium spirits. During the party or event, you don’t have to worry about a thing: they’re happy to take care of clearing the glasses and doing the dishes as well. You enjoy yourselves; they do the rest.

In addition, Céline also organizes cocktail and mocktail workshops where you’ll learn the basics of bartending in an accessible and fun way.
