Services

After a career spanning more than 10 years in the media, Tine De Donder founded her own business in 2016. She specializes in writing, designing, and officiating wedding ceremonies.

She listens to your story with great pleasure, curiosity, and enthusiasm, and then weaves it into the ceremony. She also guides your guest speakers (witnesses, family, friends, children, etc.) as they write speeches for you. She ensures that the entire wedding ceremony is beautifully and logically structured and that there are no overlaps. In addition, she ensures the right tone and style for your celebration so that it suits you perfectly. She always strives for a lighthearted yet deeply meaningful wedding ceremony.

The words themselves remain a surprise for everyone right up until the moment itself. Your only task is… to let go! (One less thing to worry about.)

On your wedding day, Tine will seamlessly weave together the ceremony she’s written herself.

Music

Tine is a big advocate of live music during your wedding ceremony. It creates so much more atmosphere! She’s a huge music lover herself and hosts several jazz programs on Klara. Are you interested in the complete package: a ceremony led by Tine accompanied by a wonderful jazz band? Be sure to mention this during your initial consultation. She’ll introduce you to the best musicians she knows, and together they’ll create an unforgettable experience!

About Tine De Donder

Someone once complimented Tine by saying she has “the gift of the spoken word,” and that pretty much sums it all up. She plays with words, language, and humor, and the words just roll off her tongue—even though she’s actually quite straightforward and prefers “concise phrasing.”

Tine holds a master’s degree in Romance languages and a master’s degree in journalism, and has been working as a radio voice at VRT for over 10 years. She served as a news anchor and editor-in-chief for many years and currently works as a radio host at Klara. She has a beautiful, warm, smooth, and accent-free voice. In addition, she has a great deal of experience speaking in front of an audience, as she also regularly hosts music concerts, book presentations, and other events.

Thanks to this experience, Tine De Donder likes to have the freedom to respond to whatever is happening in the moment. That’s why: no pre-printed texts, no ceremony booklet—and therefore no heads buried in a booklet.

Tine has written and led over 200 ceremonies and knows exactly how to captivate everyone and make sure they enjoy themselves. She ensures a relaxed wedding ceremony—tailor-made and professionally delivered. Sometimes classic, sometimes a little quirky, often romantic. But always beautiful. Always intense. Always honest and sincere.

There are no restrictions on location; Tine De Donder will drive or fly to join you, wherever that may be.

She writes and speaks in Dutch and French, and if you’d like, she can also do it in Spanish or Portuguese.
