Brecht is a trained butcher and is the driving force behind Traiteur Fenix. What makes them unique is that they prepare as much as possible themselves: from traditional charcuterie to refined dishes - you can taste the difference.
Brecht's parents' farm raises Limousin and Black Angus cattle and Hungarian wool pigs. Thanks to this collaboration, Traiteur Fenix can always guarantee meat of the highest quality.
