Do you have questions about the schedule, need to follow up with a vendor, or just want some peace of mind? Karolien takes care of it—discreetly, professionally, and with a smile. Ceremony Officiant

Trouwburo Karo creates a personalized celebration in which your story is told in a warm, relatable, and slightly quirky way. Karo always crafts a ceremony that’s both funny and emotional, bringing a smile to everyone’s face.

Karo helps craft the structure, assists in finding the right words, and tells your story with a laugh, a tear, and always with a touch of whimsy. Master of Ceremonies

As the master of ceremonies, Karo takes charge of the practical logistics of your wedding day. Together with you, she reviews the schedule and draws up a detailed script. On the day itself, she keeps an eye on the timeline, directs the wedding party, welcomes guests at the town hall or church, and ensures the marriage certificate ends up in the right place.

She’s also the person you can count on when it comes to lining up the wedding party at the church, handing out flowers and gifts, or reassuring nervous family members. She maintains contact with all wedding vendors, monitors deadlines, and serves as the designated point of contact for everyone—including guests and family members.

Other Services

Do you need help with decorations or setting up your entire reception? Karo will call on her trusted partners and ensure your wishes are clearly communicated. That way, you don’t have to worry about a thing—except for enjoying the moment itself.

Is your ceremony being officiated by a friend or family member? Karo can help with that, too. She’ll draft a detailed ceremony script, provide a script, and bring the speaker or officiant “up to speed” so they can proceed with confidence.
