Miette is committed to sustainable photography. Drawing on your story and thorough preparation, she sets to work to create photo stories that remain relevant. In this way, she produces images that can last a lifetime and which future generations can continue to enjoy. In her own studio, she finishes prints and books by hand. This allows her to keep things local, free from trends, and with a personal touch.

Every project is a collaboration in which everyone’s comfort is one of the top priorities. Eight years of professional experience as a photographer are packaged into a tailor-made package, with the ultimate goal of creating images you’ll want to hold on to. All this with a smile and a great deal of enthusiasm: not just a passion for the work, but also for people and the world they inhabit.

Every photo shoot is delivered with care, an eye for detail and a focus on spontaneous moments.

A digital gallery containing all images in web and print quality, a bespoke book, a second shooter, and a sneak peek after your event are just some of the essential elements included.

In addition to the photography, Miette is happy to provide you with a pièce unique: from Polaroids to a magazine about your wedding day, she will work with you to create an artistic piece that suits you perfectly. Prefer a classic photo album? You’ve come to the right place for that too.

As well as photography, Miette also offers workshops. A crash course in portrait photography as a hen party activity, creating a cyanotype during your multi-day wedding, or a scrapbook session once all the images are ready? Whether before, during or after your wedding day, Miette is delighted to share her knowledge.

About whoismiette?

To date, Miette has photographed over 300 assignments. As well as being a photographer, she is passionate about analogue and digital printing, bookbinding, letter writing and archiving systems.

At a young age, she experienced a great loss. Since then, documentation, preserving memories and archiving have been woven into her daily life. She therefore considers being able to contribute to others through memories a gift.
