With oyster baskets, old zinc buckets, gloves and knife, so to speak, they sail between your guests to crack the freshest, fullest oysters from Zeeland. How do they know for sure? They are actively involved in the operation of the oyster farm themselves.

Lemon, freshly ground pepper and roasted soy sauce - everything you need hangs from their leather apron. Moreover, ZILT offers their own infused Swedish vodka, prepared with 3 ingredients from the North Sea. Do you dare a tiny shot in your empty shell?

The food truck is ready for you too, with delicious oysters or MOWI salmon, traditionally grilled over an open fire according to the Swedish Loimulohi tradition.
