Spray Tanning
Spray tanning is a simple and quick way to achieve a bronzed skin tone. It is a sunless tanning treatment that does not involve harmful UV radiation. The product is applied evenly using a ‘diffuser spray’ and often gives a more natural result than regular self-tanning creams. Most beauticians and, nowadays, tanning salons offer this spray tanning treatment. It is best to do your research and read a few reviews first. There are different brands of spray tanning products and different colors. The trick is to find the right shade for you, which is why a trial session is a must. Make sure you exfoliate your body thoroughly before the treatment, do not spray any perfume and/or creams—keep your skin dry—before the tanning session, and put your jewelry in your bag. If you opt for spray tanning, purchase a pH-neutral soap. Regular soap can cause stains. Tip: it is best to have a spray tan session three to five days before your wedding.
Self-tanner
If you want to do it yourself, you can opt for a self-tanner. When you walk into a drugstore or perfume shop, you are often overwhelmed by the range on offer. There are creams, gels, sprays, etc. It all depends on your personal preference, but also a little on your dexterity. The most important thing is to prepare your body and face properly before applying the self-tanner. A thorough scrub is an absolute must, as you don't want any spots or streaks. Make sure your body and face are completely dry before you start. Rub the product into your skin in circular motions and make sure you don't miss any spots. Be careful on dry areas such as the elbows, ankles, and knees, as the product can accumulate more easily there. Don't forget to wash your hands thoroughly after applying the product. Collistar's Magic Drops are recommended for the face, as they give a super natural result that you can build up gradually.

Semi-professional spray tan at home
At the beautician, tanning salon, and sometimes also at the nail salon, you can buy self-tanners in spray form, with an accompanying glove. The spray creates a kind of mist and can be compared to a professional spray tan. Marc Inbane's Natural Tanning Spray gives a very natural result, without spots or streaks. The golden rule of self-tanning still applies: make sure your body and face are exfoliated and your skin is dry and free of perfume.
Please note: some people experience breakouts when using self-tanners. So test beforehand to see if self-tanning is right for you!
