From moodboard to a concrete plan
Luc explains how a collaboration with BIZZevents works: “Every planning journey starts with a no-obligation meeting. We listen to your wishes regarding the venue, atmosphere and catering, and ask you to share your moodboards. This helps us quickly get a sense of your style. We also go through the suppliers you need: photographer, DJ, photobooth, caterer… We carefully select all our partners. Everything has to be perfect so you and your guests can enjoy the day to the fullest, without noticing all the preparation happening behind the scenes. At this first stage, we deliberately don’t ask about your budget yet. We don’t want to focus on a figure, but rather imagine your dream wedding. We discuss the financial side at the second stage.”
After this initial conversation, you receive a personalised, no-obligation quote. Luc explains: “At this point, the quote isn’t yet itemised down to the last detail, but it’s concrete enough to give you an idea of the cost of the celebration, excluding styling and decoration. For the setup, we provide a realistic indicative price. If you’d like to help with the setup, that’s also possible. We always take care of dismantling everything.”
A celebration tailored to you
At BIZZevents, every wedding is unique. “We offer a fully tailored service. A focused questionnaire helps us determine what you need. We don’t use standard packages: every concept is completely personalised,” Luc emphasises. This personal approach extends to even the smallest details. The tableware, glasses and flowers are all presented in detail: “We provide you with a detailed photo file showing everything, from the cutlery to the flowers. That way, you know exactly what to expect, and everything is clearly defined in advance.”
Styling that tells your story
“We create a theme for every celebration to ensure harmony throughout the styling. It can be inspired by a colour or something that truly reflects you, such as a shared passion,” Luc says. He remembers a wedding centred entirely around travel: “The couple had already travelled a lot together. We carried their story through every detail. The tables were named after the countries they had visited together. A large world map, marked with their destinations, was on display, and each napkin was tied with a luggage tag bearing the words ‘Destination Forever’. At the entrance, there was even an aeroplane where guests could pose for photos. Every detail was carefully thought through in close consultation with the couple.”
Luc thinks back to his years as a DJ: “I often saw the same things at weddings. With BIZZevents, we wanted to do things differently. No two weddings we plan are alike.”
