Domein Vossenberg is an 11-hectare estate in green surroundings. This versatile location near Hooglede offers a total of 7 party rooms, each with their own personality and an enchanting garden that serves as a dream location for ceremonies. Each hall has its own terrace. Events can be organised from 30 to 1500 people. The large pond offers a beautiful view from the party rooms; you will have a real panoramic view over this pond if you hire the ‘Waterfront’ room. From a party room for large dance parties to cosy rooms for intimate weddings, you will find it all here.
You can enjoy top culinary dishes through in-house catering with a professional team. There is ample parking on the premises. They always provide a professional and personal approach when organising your event.

Party rooms
Waterfront (max. 300 people)
This light-filled room is the jewel of the estate as it floats on the water, so to speak. The large windows provide a wonderful 360 panoramic view of the garden and pond. In addition, the hall has a large terrace with garden for beautiful ceremonies.
Ponton (max. 70 people)
The Ponton Room is a cosy space and ideal for family parties, gatherings and intimate weddings. It features a spacious terrace overlooking the pond.
Rotisserie (max. 80 people)
This rustic room is finished with beautiful wooden beams, giving it a character of its own. The decoration creates a family feeling and in winter the fireplace is certainly an added bonus. The room is therefore ideal for a winter wedding. The room has its own terrace with direct access to the playground
Lounge (max. 35 people)
This cosy room is ideal for family occasions, such as birthday parties and communions, or business meetings. The room also has a large terrace with direct access to the playground.
Foyer (max. 400 people)
The Foyer is a very bright room with a large garden. It has its own entrance, cloakroom, bar and the necessary sound and light installations. The room is therefore extremely suitable for weddings, company events and staff parties and can be combined with the Reynaert room if necessary.
Reynaert (max. 1200 people)
The Reynaert hall is very popular for company events and staff parties. It has a large entrance, a large VIP room and 2 boxes. It also has the necessary sound and lighting installations, a beamer and a floating ceiling. Combined with the Foyer, the capacity can increase to 1,500 people.
Catering
Domein Vossenberg has its own culinary kitchen and offers the possibility of in-house catering.
