Event halls
From an intimate ceremony to a lively dance party, this characterful and versatile venue in Ghent offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable day. With historical and industrial charm, modern facilities, a spectacular staircase, spacious bar, and bright open spaces, you can design your celebration exactly as you wish.
The hall accommodates up to 250 seated guests and 500 standing guests. FABRIKA is more than a venue: the team coordinates everything, from catering and bar to decoration, technical setup, and hospitality, ensuring couples are completely relieved of stress.
The space can be fully arranged according to your wishes. Whether you prefer a classic seated dinner, a walking dinner, space for the ceremony, or a large dance party, everything is possible. The team works with you to plan the layout for a perfect celebration.
Couples can hold their ceremony in part of the hall or on the upper floor, depending on the layout and number of guests.
The reception can start at PUBLIKA, near the City Hall, and then continue at FABRIKA for dinner and celebration. Of course, the entire event can take place entirely at FABRIKA, from reception to dance party.
Catering
FABRIKA collaborates with a selected group of skilled caterers, each with their own style, format and price range. From an elaborate dinner to street-food vibes or a late-night food truck: many options are possible, as long as the match feels right.
Together, you look for what suits your event, and the team thinks along with you from the first idea to the final plate.

FABRIKA is easily accessible in Ghent and offers a private parking lot, with additional parking within 100 meters. The venue is wheelchair accessible and easily reachable by car or public transport.
