Le Domaine de la Forgerie is a brand-new event venue located in the rural town of Bas-Warneton, just 10 minutes from La Howarderie and 25 minutes from Lille. Starting in August 2026, the venue will be available for rent, combining authentic charm, modern comfort, and high-quality facilities in a peaceful, elegant, and warm setting.

Le Domaine de la Forgerie features a large, bright, and flexible event space of 254 m², with high ceilings and brick walls, suitable for up to 130 seated guests. Additionally, there is a multipurpose room of 51 m² with a small bar, ideal for preparations, intimate brunches, or additional activities.

Catering

At Le Domaine de la Forgerie, you are free to choose your own vendors—caterer, DJ, decorator… This way, you can organize a celebration that perfectly suits your style. The venue is available until 4 a.m., and no additional fee is charged on beverages.

Accommodations

The estate features an adjacent guesthouse with 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, accommodating 23 guests. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, a heated pool, a garden, a terrace, and a barbecue area. This level of comfort allows you to extend the celebration into a full weekend, in a lush and completely private setting.

Set in nature, Le Domaine de la Forgerie offers a perfect location for an outdoor reception or an open-air ceremony. There are 53 parking spaces, including 3 for people with disabilities, and the venue is fully wheelchair accessible.
