They are committed to delivering fresh and high-quality pastries. At Sweet Baking Ruby, they place a strong emphasis on the quality of their ingredients, the use of challenging real flavors, new flavor combinations and they make everything with a lot of love and passion.

And you can taste it. All pastries are made from scratch in the fully equipped professional home studio. There, you won’t find semi-finished products or artificial flavors. From base to cream, ganache and finishin touches, everything is homemade and meticulously crafted down to the smallest details.

Formulas & Specialties

Certain occasions call for a more personalized approach, such as your wedding. This can be achieved through the customization of your cake, cookies or desserts. Expect lots of ‘oohs’ and ‘aahs’ at your party when you arrive with that personalized cake or sweet table tailored to your taste.

About Sweet Baking Ruby

Behind Sweet Baking Ruby is Robynn – or Ruby to her friends – a self-taught pastry chef with a great love for everything to do with refined desserts. With a midwifery diploma under her belt (2019), she found herself at a crossroads in her career. However, a year in Paris – the city of French patisserie – brought clarity. There she discovered her true passion: baking.

Since its founding in 2021, Sweet Baking Ruby has grown into a luxury dessert caterer in Kapellen and Antwerp, where creativity, craftsmanship and personal service are key. Each dessert is 100% thought out and made with love, and always tailored to the style and taste of the customer.

Ruby draws inspiration from books, flavours, smells, walks and culinary journeys, while continuing to immerse herself in the world of wine as a trainee sommelier.

Fun fact: Everything on her menu are flavours that she herself fully supports and enjoys. Because how can you sell something with conviction if you're not in love with it yourself? At Sweet Baking Ruby, everything starts with passion... and you can taste it.
