About 't Suikerhuys
Cathy Vanmechelen, cake designer and owner, has an education in event & project management. With her goal to start up 't Suikerhuys, she followed an additional training in bread & pastry. Since 2012 't Suikerhuys is officially opened in Overpelt, Limburg. In the meantime, Cathy has acquired name and fame with 't Suikerhuys and Cirque du Soleil, VTM and Bosrand were already asking for her baked goods.
