Vestar is a unique, premium event venue in the heart of Antwerp, which is now also delighted to welcome private parties and weddings. Tucked away amongst the residential homes, you’ll discover this beautiful building with a terrace and green garden. Thanks to the building’s excellent insulation, parties here can go ahead without a care, without compromising on atmosphere or experience.

Throughout the various spaces, you’ll find carefully selected works of art, giving the venue an extra stylish feel.

Party Rooms

Foyer

The Foyer is an open, light-filled space with a sleek design, warm wooden flooring and high-quality finishes. It enjoys plenty of natural light with the option to darken the room. The cosy courtyard garden, furnished with terrace furniture, is a lovely addition to this space. Adjacent to it is a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for live cooking and a culinary experience during your celebration.

Auditorium

Thanks to the retractable auditorium, this high-quality venue with its unique ceiling height is perfect for any occasion. Here too, the natural light and views of the green garden create a fresh, open atmosphere.

Terrace

The spacious terrace on the second floor combines the best of both worlds: a soothing view of the green garden and a genuine urban feel thanks to the surrounding architecture. Combined with an Ofyr, three pergolas and soft background music, this spot creates a unique setting with which you can truly surprise your guests. In case of inclement weather, the terrace can be seamlessly combined with the adjacent Pano & Rama halls or the Lounge.

Lounge

The Lounge is a light-filled and atmospheric space with a more intimate feel. It is furnished with comfortable lounge furniture and offers a lovely view of the terrace. Thanks to the large windows, the space remains pleasantly light even on grey days.

Pano & Rama

The Pano & Rama rooms can be used separately or joined together via a movable partition. Together, they form one spacious, elegant room that is perfect for a stylish sit-down dinner. The direct connection to the terrace and the Lounge ensures that the different stages of your celebration flow seamlessly into one another. From reception to dinner and dance party.

Catering

Together with their regular catering partners J&M Catering and Very Food, they will draw up a fully bespoke proposal, tailored to your wishes and style. From the three fully equipped kitchens, they create refined dishes, perfectly paired with carefully selected wines, homemade iced teas or festive sparkling wines. The venue also provides waiting staff and support personnel so that you can enjoy your special day without a care in the world.

Accommodation

Vestar does not offer accommodation for you or your guests, but in the heart of Antwerp you will find countless hotels and B&Bs where you can rest after a wonderful celebration.

Parking

The venue has a spacious private underground car park but, thanks to its location, is also easily accessible by public transport.

Sustainability

Vestar has been built in accordance with the latest eco-standards. Heating and cooling are provided entirely via geothermal energy; the building is carbon-neutral and runs largely on solar panels. Thanks to top-quality insulation, green roofs, water recovery and daylight-controlled home automation, all sustainable technologies have been integrated.
