Summer Proposal
Amber & Aramis got engaged on a summer day: July 12, 2022. After enjoying their engagement for a while (and the birth of their son!), they started planning their wedding, eager to make it their own story.

Wedding planner A’muse Moments as a sounding board
Amber and Aramis decided to hire Hadewych from A’muse Moments as their wedding planner - one of the first and best decisions they made. Amber states: “Working with Hadewych leading up to our wedding day was wonderful. She guided us through the preparations, advised us, and recommended suppliers. Haddy provided us with selections for the photographer, videographer, live music, and ceremony speaker. We then contacted them and chose the people who best fit our vision. Haddy was also a great sounding board for testing ideas and inspired us to do things our own way.”

Structure thanks to a preliminary day schedule
Amber and Aramis quickly set up a preliminary day schedule with Hadewych. Amber: “This gave us a lot of structure and guidance. It helped us estimate which suppliers were needed during each part of the day and what needed to happen at each moment.”
They chose a beautiful winter styling with burgundy tones. The graphic design and printing were provided by Dasi.

Dream dress from Cermo Concept
Amber found her dream dress - the model Nancy from the brand Modeca - at Cermo Concept in Zoersel. For extra warmth, she completed her look with a white fur wrap. Aramis opted for an elegant burgundy-brown suit from Atelier Hauman, paired with shoes from Ambiorix. The couple bought their wedding rings at Versato Juweliers.

Getting ready with a smile
On February 24, 2024, the big day arrived: Amber and Aramis’ wedding day! The day began calmly as Amber and Aramis got ready. After preparing, surrounded by their closest friends and family, the couple shared a first look moment, seeing each other in their wedding attire for the first time.

Civil ceremony
Following their first look, Amber, Aramis, and their closest friends and family went to the town hall for the civil ceremony. Here, Amber and Aramis officially said ‘I do’ in the eyes of the law and exited the town hall as a married couple.

An intimate photo moment amidst the hustle
After the civil ceremony, Amber & Aramis took a brief break for a photo session with their photographer Marie Hendrix. Amber shares: “Taking photos together was one of the most beautiful moments of our day. It was lovely to just be ‘us’ amidst the busy day and enjoy everything together.”
Videographer Mathias Mortelmans Films captured all the small and big moments of their day on video.

Ceremony with the youngest ring bearer
For the ceremony, reception, and party, Amber, Aramis, and their loved ones traveled with a Tourgo party bus to Corsendonk Hooge Heyde in Kasterlee. This location offered everything they wanted: style, comfort, and efficient organization. The setting was beautifully decorated with items from Goldfish Industries - Party Rental and WonderRentals, and flowers from Blóm, creating a charming atmosphere.

Upon arrival, the ceremony began. Amber shares: “Our ceremony was expertly led by d’Essensi, who told our story with warm words. 2Romance provided spine-tingling live music. There was also a very special detail: our little son — not even a year old at the time — got to participate as the ring bearer in the ceremony. It was so valuable to give him a meaningful role in our day.”

Delightful evening party with surprises
After the ceremony, the couple and their guests enjoyed the reception with more delightful live music from 2Romance. The delicious dinner was catered by Corsendonk Hooge Heyde. For dessert, the couple chose a unique ice cream cake from Foubert — a refreshing end to the dinner. Suddenly... there was a surprise for Amber and Aramis! Amber: “Our parents secretly prepared an emotional surprise. They made a slideshow with old photos of us. So beautiful and unexpected.”

The warm and cozy atmosphere continued throughout the dance party. DJ Let’s Boogie provided the perfect music and lighting and sound. Guests could also have fun in the photobooth by Let’s Snap. Finally, the couple and their guests could stay overnight in the comfortable hotel rooms at Corsendonk Hooge Heyde, allowing everyone to enjoy the festivities without worry.
