Inge: “We ask questions about style, whether there is a preference for gold or silver, and we inquire about your partner's profession or lifestyle in order to paint the perfect picture. Based on that information, we select several rings from which you can choose to your heart's content.”
Unsure about your partner's ring size? “No problem,” says Katleen. “You can have the size adjusted for free after your engagement so that it fits perfectly.”
Buying wedding rings, a conscious step you take together
“Buying a wedding ring is slightly different,” says Inge: "When couples come to us to choose their wedding rings, unlike when choosing an engagement ring, they often do so together. It is therefore an important preparation for their big day, one they will look back on with many fond memories. Experience has taught us that couples also like to visit us several times to choose their wedding rings, whereas the perfect engagement ring often catches the eye immediately.“
Katleen: ”When we choose wedding rings together with a couple, we first listen to their wishes and give advice on the materials, shapes, and different engravings. That way, we can actively contribute ideas to the couple and bring all their wishes together.“
”We then search the collection for rings that are in line with their wishes and that also match the style and shape of the engagement ring,“ Inge continues. ”The moment you see couples fall in love with their wedding rings is truly the best part of our job."
Cherish immediately or wait a while
Katleen: “Another difference is the time it takes to pick up your engagement and wedding rings. Thanks to our wide range of different engagement rings and our network of six stores, you can take the engagement ring home with you right away, without having to worry about a possible order period. You can surprise your partner whenever you want.”
“When it comes to wedding rings, however, it is best to take delivery times into account as a couple. If you want to have your wedding ring engraved, for example, we estimate a delivery time of approximately 8 to 10 working days.”
